1. How do I find out if my phone can run Mobile Prep? If you can play games on your phone and you got your phone within the past two years, chances are you can run Mobile Prep. Specifically, if your phone supports something called Java, you are okay - this should be in your manual or on the phone's web site. You can check our list of supported devices. If your phone is there, you're set to go! But if your phone is not there, it doesn't mean it cannot run Mobile Prep; it could also mean that our list needs to be updated. You can always contact us and we'll put our crack team on it and let you know right away if indeed you will be able to use Mobile Prep.
   
2. How do I find out what model phone I have? Turn off the phone, open up the battery cover and take out the battery. There will be sticker that specifies the phone model.
   
3. How do I set up my phone to use Mobile Prep? You should not have to do anything special to set up your phone to use Mobile Prep. But you will need to be able to access the internet from your phone . If you are not sure what this means, check that your carrier (such as Cingular or T-mobile) provides this service in the first place – almost all of them do. If so, you will need to have signed up for internet access, which will allow you to check your e-mail, download ringtones or games, check the weather, surf the web and a bunch of other things. If you have not signed up, you will need to do so in order to get Mobile Prep.
   
4. How do I get Mobile Prep for my phone? We've made this incredibly easy: just enter your number, click a link and you're all done. All this without even actually touching your cell phone! The link is on our main page (after you've entered the site by clicking on the enter button at the top of the homepage). Once you have requested Mobile Prep a customized version will be created for you and sent to your phone (you'll be asked for your telephone number and carrier name so we can deliver it directly to your handset). Your phone will ring and tell you it is ready to get and install Mobile Prep. Simply tell it to proceed and you'll be ready to go!
